Biryani, cooked the long way in the Surrey Hills. Basmati layered over chicken or vegetables, sealed under a lid and left to steam until the rice has taken on everything beneath it. We don't churn out a curry, and we don't rush a biryani either.

Our Story
What began as supper clubs in the Surrey Hills is now a kitchen sending proper Indian home cooking across the UK. We cook in small batches, with whole spices we grind ourselves and recipes handed down through generations.
Our chicken comes from family recipes rather than a spec sheet: a Delhi butter chicken, Mandira's mother's cashew and coriander murgh from Calcutta, a Goan xacuti built on dry-roasted coconut, and a dum-cooked biriyani.
