Food from a real kitchen you can actually visit
Artisan Indian food, made the way it would be made for family: whole spices roasted and ground in our kitchen, small batches, fresh seasonal produce, then blast-frozen at its very best the same day, so it tastes exactly as it should when it reaches your table.
Our rule is simple: if your grandmother wouldn't recognise an ingredient, neither will we. We don't use it.

Cooked the way it's always been done
Every day here starts the way it does in Mandira's own home: whole spices roasted and ground before anything else. The recipes came with her, passed down through generations, from a tea estate in Assam through Calcutta and Delhi to a Surrey hillside.
Every dish is handmade in small batches and cooked properly, without preservatives, then frozen the same day to hold the flavour, and delivered to your door, ready to heat and serve.

Before your first order
How does delivery work?
Your meals arrive frozen in insulated boxes, delivered Tuesday to Friday to any UK address. Free delivery on orders over £75.
How long do meals keep?
Six months in the freezer. Every pack carries its own date, so you never have to guess.
Most of what we make goes straight from freezer to pan, no defrosting needed. If you do defrost something in the fridge, use it within 48 hours and do not refreeze it.
How spicy is the food?
Every dish carries a spice guide, from delicately mild to properly warming. Most are family-friendly.
How do I heat them?
Straight from the freezer: on the table in 4 minutes. Instructions on every pack.
