This is Mandira’s easiest biriyani, taught slowly and generously over a 90-minute workshop.

Mandira shows you her simplest, most reliable way to make an easy biriyani using her biriyani kit. The cooking itself takes around 20 minutes, but the workshop gives you the time to really understand what’s happening. How layering works. How spices bloom. How rice, steam, and timing come together so the flavours melt rather than clash.

You’ll watch, ask questions, taste as you go, and leave knowing exactly how to recreate it at home without stress.

Exactly what you need to make awesome Indian cuisine. Thank you! Also how to cook rice properly without washing out the flavour or burning it to the base of a pan.
