The best chana masala needs to simmer for a long time and believe you me when I say ours simmers for hours... With a blend of fresh tomatos and freshly fround spices, the chickpeas get their unique melt-in-the-mouth texture. Our version is vegan, but if you wish, you could a sponful of our organic ghee before serving. Perfect with some lemon rice or naan. You could even do what I do and add some hard boiled eggs and enjoy for a one dish protein packed meal.
