Navratan Korma (Nine Vegetable Curry)

A dish truly fit for royalty. Our Navrattan Korma, meaning “nine jewels” is a rich, fragrant curry featuring a colourful medley of nine vegetables and tender cashew nuts, all gently simmered in a delicately spiced coconut milk sauce. 

Lighter than the traditional cream-based korma, our version is made with coconut milk, making it naturally vegan, wonderfully aromatic, and full of depth without the heaviness. Serve with soft naan or fragrant basmati rice for a comforting, jewel-toned feast .

Each pack contains two individual 237 gm portions.
