Every dish on the menu is one I learned from my mother, my grandmother, a neighbour, a stall I lingered at too long. Each one has a person behind it, and I will tell you who if you ask.

Spices we source carefully and blend by hand. Real ghee. No preservatives, no factory shortcuts. If my grandmother would not recognise an ingredient, it does not go in.

We cook in small batches in our Surrey Hills kitchen above Silent Pool. Then we freeze it the same day, so it lands on your doorstep tasting the way it did when it left us.

Stored in the freezer, our meals keep for 6 months. Once defrosted, eat within 24 hours. Each pack is labelled with a use-by date so you do not have to guess.

Heat from frozen in 4 minutes. Microwave, hob, or oven all work. Exact instructions on every pack.

Anywhere in mainland UK. We cannot currently reach Northern Ireland, the Highlands or the islands. The journey is too long for frozen food to land in good shape. Free over £100, £9.99 otherwise.

Yes. We have a full vegan and vegetarian range, and most of our dishes are gluten-friendly. Filter by ingredient when you browse.

Supermarket curries are made in factories, frozen weeks later, and bulked out with preservatives, sugar, and palm oil. Mine are cooked by hand in our kitchen using fresh produce, hand-blended spices, and no preservatives.

Yes. Filter by spice level when you browse. Every dish is marked from mild to hot so you can match it to who is eating.

Two portions per pack in a recyclable tray. Orders ship in insulated boxes with sheep's wool insulation and ice packs, all recyclable or compostable at home. Overnight courier.
