With a blend of fresh tomatoes and freshly ground spices, the chickpeas get their unique melt-in-the-mouth texture. Our version is vegan, but if you wish, you could a spoonful of our Ghee before serving. Perfect with some lemon rice or naan. You could even do what I do and add some hard boiled eggs and enjoy an easy protein-packed meal.
