Our biriyanis are cooked with a lot of fuss. Fragrant basmati rice and boneless chicken are layered and then cooked in traditional dum style, allowing the flavours to mingle and mix. Mint leaves and a hint of rose water are added to enhance the flavour, resulting in a wonderful aromatic one-dish meal.

All you need with a biriyani is some raita. Blend natural yoghurt with some roasted cumin powder and salt and you are set for a perfect one-dish meal. You can also add other ingredients to your raita – we like cucumber, mint, tomato, aubergine or beetroot.
Each pack comes with two individual portions – larger packs are available to pre-order, please contact us directly to arrange.
