
Chicken Xacuti
A typical fisherman’s dish from Goa. We roast freshly grated coconut, a few red chillies and finely chopped onion and then grind these down with a special blend of spices. The resultant gravy has a unique texture and a slight kick right at the very end. Goes well with Lemon rice or Vegetable Pulao.
