Chutneys, Cocktails & Clever Entertaining Workshop (Incl. Free Tamarind Chutney)
I grew up where people arrived without notice and so entertaining always felt like fun. I still love to entertain but This workshop centres on our four award-winning chutneys because a well made chutney changes the entire direction of a plate. We will learn to adapt, combine, adjust and build contrast and let flavour carry your dishes without much effort.

Please park in the Silent Pool car park and enter your registration in the machine at the cafe for complimentary parking.

- Register your vehicle in the car park on arrival.
- The barn is step-free and wheelchair accessible.
- Group bookings can be seated together — please add a note at checkout.
- If you are marking an occasion, let us know.
Booking & Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed on payment.
- Cancellations made at least 5 days before the event can be transferred to another date.
- Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable, though we will try to fill your place from the waiting list.
- If we cancel, a full refund will be issued.
Private & Corporate Groups
This workshop runs beautifully for corporate teams, client hospitality, hen parties and private groups. The our barn at Silent Pool seats groups comfortably, the setting is unlike anything else in Surrey, and people leave having actually talked to each other.
