Fantastic veggie cooking course! We booked this as a group of friends and had a wonderful evening. Mandira was incredibly knowledgeable and great fun to learn from. The evening started with chai and samosas on the patio overlooking silent pool and an introduction to Indian spices and spice blends. We then worked along side Mandira making 5. Vegetarian dishes. The food was really fresh and tasty. We needed the evening sitting out on the patio enjoying the banquet we had prepared followed by Mandira’s amazing ice cream. Over all a wonderful evening and great way to learn the basics of cooking with Indian spices.
