Made from organic butter, our nourishing ghee is cooked slowly for the correct colour, aroma and nutty sweetness. Double filtered to remove milk solids, there are no additives or colouring. Recommended in Ayurvedic cooking, ghee has a high smoking point and is rich in Vitamins A, D, E and K and is ideal for cooking, baking and external use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry spoon. During warm weather, ghee may melt slightly but this is normal and there is no need to refrigerate. If stored properly, ghee lasts for many years. In fact, the earliest form of ghee is over 5,000 years old! Ours, of course, is freshly made!

Our dishes contain no preservatives or unpronounceable bits and will happily live in your freezer for up to 6 months. Cook straight from frozen or defrost. (Once defrosted, they can be refrigerated and enjoyed within 2 days.)
Our meals can be heated in the microwave, oven or hob from frozen. You do not need to remove the film – each portion takes about 4 minutes in the microwave or 35 mins in the oven or 8-10 minutes on the hob (decant into a pan first). If you wish, you can leave them to thaw for a bit and reduce heating time.
