Firework Fiesta – Vegetable Biriyani – 6th November


Our biriyanis are cooked with a lot of fuss. Fragrant basmati rice and boneless chicken are layered and then cooked in traditional dum style, allowing the flavours to mingle and mix. Mint leaves and a hint of rose water are added to enhance the flavour, resulting in a wonderful aromatic one-dish meal.

This Vegetable Biriyani Platter includes:

  • One portion of biriyani
  • Two vegetable samosas
  • Raita
  • Chutney
