Love Indian food but have no idea where to begin? Our half-day sessions are perfect for enthusiastic beginners and experienced cooks alike. We start with a spice master class over a cup of chai and samosas, where you learn how to properly use spices as well as create personal blends, and then move on to hands-on cooking of five delicious dishes which you then enjoy. Recipes, ingredients and instructions are provided and all you need to bring is lots of enthusiasm and a sense of adventure.
